At CRISTIANZEROTRE, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original CRISTIANZEROTRE packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
